I got a copy of a book by this name from the library without noticing that it was edited by Elisabeth Foerster-Nietzsche (sic). My bad. Can I trust anything in it, including the letters?
It's copyright 1921 by Boni & Liveright, Inc., translated by Caroline Kerr.
