Nietzsche's Ethic - Where quote from?

I found this quote in Michel Haar's *Nietzsche and Metaphysics* but it is one of the few quotes for which he does not give a citation. Where is this from? The translation may not be so exact as several of the translations in this text are odd, but here it is:
“My ethic would he to deprive man more and more of his universal character and to specialize him, to make him to a certain extent unintelligible to others.”
