W-O Newsletter correspondent Ralph Aversa sent in word that the WWE Niagara Falls entertainment complex will be opening on July 31st and Trish Stratus, Val Venis and Chris Benoit will be there for the grand opening. The complex is being built right in the heart of Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls, Ontario and is the second WWE themed complex in North America - the first being 'The World' in New York City. The complex will not include a restaurant but will have a merchandise store, a 'mini Fan Axxess' and the main attraction - The Pile Driver - a ride that will shoot you up high in the air and then lets you free fall all the way down. It is similar to the ride 'The Drop Zone' at Canada's Wonderland and the one on top the Stratosphere Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas as well as in Disney's California Adventure. The complex will be located next to the Rainforest Cafe, and a block away from the main attraction in Niagara Falls, Ontario (besides the falls), Casino Niagara.
