only problem with having farm rerates turned off completely is that GMs start dropping out in a hurry....I've seen this happen in a couple other leagues where ratings got out of control so the commish turned off farm rerates and GMs left in droves because it adds some fun to the game. Prolly the best that could be done here is to limit the time rerates are turned on during the regular season (i.e. turn them on abour 20 games in and turn them off at the trade deadline....or turn them on for 2 days a week so GMs of teams who aren't playoff bound after the deadline still have some interest in checking the site once in a while...that kind of thing.
