Unfortunately, Nectar does not have any recordings of U2 cover songs available. However, they do have 2 cd's of their own original material. To hear samples of this music, feel free to check out the Music section of this website.
Or, the next time you're at Grace O'Malley's, listen to the first song that the DJ plays after Nectar's first set ends. It's called "Red Sands" and it has won several song competitions and has received tons of radio play.
