How are you
My name is John choi, a seminary student at Golden Gate Baptist Seminary at Mill valley CA,
I am a youth minister at River of life Christian fellowship church at South San francisco CA.
I am taking a class of introduction of youth ministry. as a class assignment, I need to interview 10 youth pastors about
Philosophy of ministry
approach to planning and programming
provision for parent ministry

Could you please answer interview briefly?
If you do so it will help me and our class to learn and serve our God as youth ministers.
