I really appreciate you getting back with me. I've been researching the climb for 12 months and this website has all the info I've been trying to put together. I have decided that getting a pass in the lottery is damn near impossible and I've resorted to checking the website everyday and calling the three people that work the pass office every other day and my hope of making this happen was starting to waiver.
Our current plan is to arrive on a Thursday evening and leave Sunday. We have team of 5 to 7 guys coming in from California, New Mexico and Texas. Our plan at this point was to show up in see if we were lucky enough to get a permit and or attempt any type of plan B making luck the biggest part of the plan. The great thing is that our crew was perfectly fine with the gamble and that is why we this crew works well.
I would really appreciate your thoughts on what you would do considering the amount of time we have? The dates we are looking at are August 6-9. Thanks in advance!
