Thanks for the invitation to this Forum on this beautiful North Carolina mountain morning! What I think is let's just leave things as they are. Go invest in Las Vegas or Henderson Nevada :o) I love peace and quiet. Some smart investment and development is always going on in Western North Carolina especially in Hendersonville (and Asheville) but that's about enough what we got now. If you really need to develop why not develop the apple orchards around Dana and Edneyville area, Fletcher and Mills River as well.
