Do not overestimate. I know what is going on in Hendersonville and Ashevile in North Carolina. It's not as booming as Elton claims it to be booming, although it's a matter of opinion. I wish it stays as serene and beautiful as it is now for a long time. Investing in real estate in Hendersn county is smart, but do not overbuild. As a matter of fact I play golf up there in Hendersonville with my ole good buddies quite often. In fact my name is Donald Trump and I am NOT the famous guy you see on TV! That is a nice coincidence, isn't it? Actually I live in Wilmington, DE.
