Posted by Elton We just sold another 3 properties last month and one this month - newly built properties, we made over 100% profit which is great. We are now getting not only retirees, but business people from New York, Cicxago, especialy Houston, TX and even LA and San Francisco, Seattle! Our properties' land value almost tripled in the last 3 years! Quadrupled is the better name for it. You may think I'm blowing a bubble, but come up here and check it out. The area may not be growing as fast as LV, but it sure is gonna be (and already is) a gem. They rebuilt City Hall, rebuikding is going on all across Hendersonville and Henderson County. Now Hendersonville is even faster growing than nearby Asheville! We get people from South Carolina, Charlotte, TN, Atlanta buying first, second, third homes, getting business licenses. You know how much revenue County and CItry of Henderson(ville) has made this year alone? They are fixing all the roads in county, building new buildings or renovating old ones. Our build-me-a-home orders grew 10 to20 times this year. I can not believe we hit it off this well.

The Henderson County, NC is still booming and is growing very fast now. In fact look at Realtor.com. An acre of land goes as high as $295,000 in a remote Dana area !! They are building a huge new public complex for Henderson County on Spartanburg Hwy. It's huge! As if it was meant for Chicago and not Hendersonville!
We are planning on building a whole entrertainment complex with discos (yes, we are confident many young people are moving into the area!), swimming pools, even a small Disney park! Look at the construction going on near Wal-Mart all that area, new movie theater, new stores everywhere. Does Hendersonville look like a shabby old poor town with 11,000 residents? No. It has more shopping and opportunities than many big cities! And look at the views! And the beach is only 3-4 hours away! Californication in a good sense of it. Folks, come up here, invest now, before the prices for real estate grow out of hand out of control. We got our share, we have enough land to build on, now it's your turn. We still have some affordable acreage left. Come on up and join us. We promise you - it's gonnas be a huge boom very soon in Henderson county. It's happening right now! "Las Vegas" is moving to Henderson county!
