I am switching brokers, I am going with a new company in a new town. I worked for a fee for service company before, and now I am going to a traditional office, with the fee for service, that was enough to get the listing because they saved thousands of dollars, I need help putting together a presentation book, or scripts for a listing presentation for a traditional office with a commission. Please help!!
