Now I'm starting to read over your course again completely. I'm a little confused regarding on LORA that is supposed to located in the Creative Financing Book. May I use the Contract of Sale docs, I don't think I have the LORA docs in my Creative Financing Book like I suppose to have. Does it make a difference of what I'm using? Because on your Insider's Secret Booklet, it repeatedly saying use the LORA docs, one for the seller and other for the buyer. I only have the Contract of Sale docs use for one for the Seller to purchase their property and the other reselling the property for the buyer. Thank you. Greatly appreciated.
