I found a good deal. I don't know what to charge for an assignment fee for this one. The house is appraised (county appraiser) for 101,000. ARV is about $155,000. I negotiated with this very motivated seller for $79,000. The house needs very little repairs. What would be a good assignment fee for this one in your opinions?
