There always have been a group of realtors that worked with buyers only - and buyers- YOU- would pay them commission. Times have not changed, it has been like that forever. The biggest problem with agents working with buyers only, they don't have -many times- access to all listings available. I guess it is your choice, to pay commission or not to pay commission.
