I had amazing success with this program in my first year, without advertising, and now want to do it on a larger scale. I need some effective, vs hit-and-miss, advertising to bring in buyers and sellers en masse. The sellers need to be willing to sell at a discount and the buyers must have credit scores over 600. Any ideas ...? P.S. I've been thinking about a seminar as one way.
