My mother has 55 acres in the Pocono Mountains. We've had the property for 30 years or so. Being that it's in a rural area (but beginning to grow) but we can't get as much for it as we would like as is. Any ideas on what I can do with the property to either increase it's value or other? Subdivide it and sell lots? Develop it? Turn it into a race track? (one of my childhood dreams)
