George: Please please repond .. I left a posting 10/7 on here and never heard back from you .. I NEED HELP !!!!!! I've located a property "rent to buy" and have been pursuing it, finally reached the seller, seller said she will selll 'outright' and will carry financing for 6 months to a year or more for the new buyer, however she refuses to reveal: $ mortgage balance, interest rate and monthly payment .. I have called again to ask for the info, she however will not give me the numbers .. nor will she give her last name .. I have searched the local county records using her first name and the street name of the property and cannot find a recorded deed .. would you say this is a "NEXT, walk away from it" situation .. or .. should I keep pursuing it ??? PLEASE PLEASE RESPOND .. thanks !!! Monique
