Hi George .. I've been absent for a while and now have a question ... what's the quickest surest way to find out what shape the real estate market in my town is in and if money could be made applying your system ? I am located about 3 hours NW from your office address (Sarasota) ... and would -- given the outcome -- also be interested in mentorship and doing 50/50 deals with you until I get the hang of this .. if you'd please post a response to my posting, that would be appreciated, thanks :)
