The closing was complete as of Friday the 27th.
Thank goodness on that one!! It was definately a learning experience of what not to do next time!!
I will never let a buyer choose the title/escrow agent again. I just need to get more deals and then when one goes bad it won't be a big deal.
That's what I'm doing today getting more offers out.
