George,
I found a buyer for a house I have, they have their own financing. But that is o.k. I need out of this one. They are using an attorney to do closing. He is telling me that the contract of sale I have is nothing without having the deed recorded in order to close. Can't I close at the title company with the documents I have, or do I have to record the deed?
