Posted by Edward Nolan I have been adding links on my website to county recorders web sites that allow people to search for specific documents like, Lis Pendens, Notice of Defaults, Writs, etc. The County Recorder web sites list these documents within a few days of when an attorney files to proceed against a homeowner making this information, public information. NoticeOfDefaults.com lets even Loss Mitigators use the links to county sites. I do not charge a fee so feel free to use what I have available. If I don't have the county you need hang in there.
