Andrea, The trick is to do lots of deals. Since each deal is going to be different, you'll gain lots of experience. And even if you do few hundred deals, the strange phenomenon will continue, with every new deal there is a new problem. Get the MREMs, I think the info in them is very good. Of course, I wrote it, so I don't expect to critique myself. Good luck, make lots of money. George P.
