Hi George,
I have a problem. My first house that I did a Contract of Sale on back in July, they aren't able to pay anymore. One of them lost their job, etc.... I signed everything the way the kit said, including the Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. Now what do I do? Am I going to have to go through the Foreclosure process or can I file the Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure and go with a sheriff and take back posession of the house? I am stressing. I am not in a financial position in real estate yet where I can afford this mortgage payment and the new mortgage payment we have buying our house on a contract. I need your help.
