Georgia would be one of my favorite states to do creative financing. There are so many sellers that offer ANY creative financing, simply said,
if you cannot make it Georgia, you cannot make it
anywhere else.
we'll buy two houses a day-no kidding.
Remember, the sellers in Georgia have almost no clue what to do and how to do it right.
