Hang in there. Real estate investing is a long haul and long term deal. Consider yourself fortunate to receive these challenges while you are "small". If you look at it in that sense, you are being granted the most wonderful gift that money can buy . . . experience. Yeah, it sucks now but, in just a short while you will be laughing about it as ancient history!
