Wow, that's great! I'm also a mom and when I had my second son, I changed my profession to real estate. Now I do my own real estate investing and I do mortgage loans for other people. I teach people, especially a lot of moms, on how they can buy properties and either rent them out for cash each month, or buy and sell them for profit. It's made such a difference in my life and in the lives of so many of my mom clients!! I think real estate is the best thing for people who have a lot of other priorities and needs a steady stream of money that they can count on!
