My husband and i have been in real estate for over a year and it has been very successful. However the past few months have seemed like a downhill spiral, we have done everything as best we know how, but it seems as though deal after deal is going sour. We are losing confidence and motivation fast!
Any optimistic and knowledgable advice would be greatly apreciated at this time.
