Just wanted to post a message to anyone out there just starting out. I purchased 2 homes this year using Mr. Paukert's techniques. My first one I made $15,000 in my pocket. The second we ended up keeping for ourselves. With no out of pocket money and for only $300 more per month than we were paying for rent in an old/small house, we bought a 2 yr. old 2700 sq. ft. 4 bedroom 3 bath 3 car garage pool home in a VERY nice neighborhood. NO CREDIT CHECKS, NO MONEY DOWN. I am a stay at home mom of 4 and if I can do it so can all of you.
