has anybody had any luck with finding properties/creative financing-motivated sellers ? I have found only o-n-e seller agreeable to creative financing, but the property is in such a substandard neighborhood that it doesn't look like a good prospect at all/its not worth the effort .. other properties I've looked at and called the sellers on are not creative financing minded/agreeable .. does anybody have same difficulty, any pointers, anything to share, add or discuss about ? Please post, thanks :-)
