I have read over the material several times, have made some "practice" phone calls to sellers and am glad to report that my initial "I am scared to death" fear quickly deflated when practicing :) ... However, I don't fully understand what you mean by "receive the difference between the two notes" on page 3/item 6 of "Insider Secrets" .. can you please briefly explain it using other words ? Thanks :)
