Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has insight into the market in the Walnut Creek area. I am specifically looking at the Rancho Paraiso location. If a home costs around $800,000 I have the following questions.
1. What is the minimum joint income for a couple to qualify for this home.
2. What are the estimates of monthly payments.
3. What would be the most that you would expect someone to put down on such a home.
