Moved to CA from TX in Jan. Rented out our house in TX, renting here for same amount of $ since we couldn't find a buyer there. Both leases up in Sept. I'm worried we won't sell our house in TX but need to buy here and houses are going up in price incredibly fast here. Have some in savings, IRA's, etc. but hate to cash everything out. Any ideas? Houses are on the market 1-4 days here.
