I live in Michigan, Is a contract for sale the same as land contract,Agreement for DeeD,Contract for Deed The name just varies from state to state. Because Michigan does a lot of land contract deals. My question is are you getting the deed subject to the existing mortgage whenever there is a due on sale clause, or assuming the loan if its assumable and then sell on contract for sale or a land contract or wraparound. I'm a ron legrand student I have his creative finance course and lease option manual,I'VE Been studying and studying I guess I've been trying to cross every T and dot every I, I have'nt got out there yet but soon my time will come. I just wanted to ask a couple of questions, when I saw your website it gave me a little motivation a little push. I will be getting your video soon. THANKS GEORGE, AND SORRY MY MESSAGE WAS LONG, PLEASE ANWSER QUESTIONS. YOU ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
