I am looking for a partner/investor to make a joint land purchase in South Carolina. This land is currently farm/agricultural property. Out of the total package, there will be 300 acres available at $1850.00 per acre ($555,000). It is extremely difficult to find land anywhere near this price in this area.
The land is mostly pasture land with some timber. Some possible uses are single family subdivision, industrial, farm,or modular home park (no singlewides). Currently researching zoning, boundaries, water & sewer, and topography. If interested, please send an email. Interested party must be able to deal as soon as possible.
