I am agent in California (Silicon Valley), I have been reading your articles for awhile pondering on how can I make your techniques work for me in a market where the average house is $400,000 and the majority of sellers are looking for big cash payoffs, if there is equity, which 80% of the time the is. Can you give me some advice?
