There is one thing only that you are looking for,
nothing else, seller's motivation to sell.
MUST sell. Until then,it doesn't matter.
motivation, you won't get the house.
seller is not motivated to sell, the agent is just working for nothing.
hours, like right now-today- many military men must do.
divorce,bankruptcy,etc. I think I mentioned them
all in my first year MREM.
And nobody else will.Not even the listing agent.
