A few days ago I got How To Sell, How To Buy, Creative Financing, and the Forms Kit. I devoured them instantly and am ready to go, but want direct to get started. Average home sales are 200K - 250K. I am an agent, and from MLS found several houses that fit the 3/2/2 or 3/3/2 in good areas model but now with price reduction after being on market over 100 days. All are non-assumables. How do I proceed? eg:
3/3/2,
$204900 down from $214900,
on market 140 days,
seller is agent...and says motivated in ad.
