Now I want to go ahead and start the program and I've studied the course throughly, also I want to apologized on the previous question I entered on the Chat Room two years ago, regarding on the LORA contracts. I realized I have received them in the Creative Financing Book. The question I have for you is, for the buyers point of view, can the buyer also be an investor, where they can use the property as rental? Thank you so much.
