Hi George, I am on the verge of an answer to a property they want to sell for rehab, realtor is in charge and says owner will go a little low on $89,900 and repairs will be $16,000 and after repairs value she says is around $132,000 to $140,000 according to comps in the area. I will need all the advice in the book you can give me as to attack this deal ASAP She's waiting for my call before she talks to someone else.
