Realtors own 80% or more of the business. MLS
is a gold mine. To find the right realtor is the hard part. Majority of realtors are not interested in investing, they just want their commission and that's it.
There is no real advantage for realtor to work with you, until you can show the realtor "where is the money".
Show me the money-that's how it works.
Keep looking, for sure there is one realtor who wants to make lots of money-with you.
