If this is so prevelent, I wonder why everyone isn't doing it and foregoing the huge expense of getting a new loan? I just need to learn more about it, and when I tried to go to your site last week it was down. Still, it seems to me that you would be defrauding the underlying lienholder by not informing them of the sale. To me, that is deceptive.
