I agree with George. You need your Realtor. I have done transactions that were FSBO and I still was able to represent the buyer not the seller. The seller was always willing to pay my service fee as the facilitator. Attorneys will agree to this, because they always advise people to use a Realtor, if they don't I would walk away from the house, something doesn't seem right.
