These types of markets are tough for all realtors, not just you. A small group of realtors usually calls the shots and a big group of realtors doing very little or no business.
I know it is difficult perhaps to move elsewhere.
But a good comparison could be deep ocean fishing.
You cannot do deep ocean fishing if you have no ocean near by. Same thing here. You cannot do normal and regular real estate where you are,
because you have an unique market there.
Or do real estate the hard way- try to penetrate market that is owned by others. Never, an easy thing to do.
You know exactly where you are and that should make your decision easier.
I don't think anybody's materials can help you.
It always comes down to the dollar signs. It is about how much money you make and how much money you want to make.
Simple as that.
