Times changed. It depends on your local market.
Qualifying for loans became difficult, just about overnight.No more interest only loans. This whole lending process is a subject to a big overhaul.
Today's headline in our paper is-
South Florida Homes Sales Tumble 36%.
And I am in the hottest market in the country.
It will be a good time to buy lots of houses.
I suggest, start looking for motivated sellers.
They may not be motivated now because of the holidays, but that will change in January 2006.
