Well, one 4-plex means 4 tenants.
I am sort of "too tired" handling tenants.
If you buy it right, it maybe a good investment.
You must check all the numbers very very carefully- the income versus expenses.
Many 4-plex owners lose their shirts.
When I say check the numbers, don't believe what the owner tells you.
