"The 21st American Cinematheque Award will be presented to Academy Award winner George Clooney at the Cinematheque’s annual benefit gala, American Cinematheque Board chairman Rick Nicita announced today. The presentation takes place Friday, October 13, 2006 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel’s International Ballroom in Beverly Hills. AMC will air the tribute in December. "
