i had it at one time but now its more or less in my arms and legs. If i do any repetitive movement of my arms or legs they feel like i just ran a marathon. The muscles will even feel as if they are burning just like when i used to work out at the gym on the machines or took an arobics class. But yes fatigue in the hands at times.
