when i was diagnosed they didn't find any lesions on my brain at all. Then they finally got the idea to look at my cspine and there they were. Besides my cspine lesions i also had bilatteral optic neuritis and had lesions on my optic nerve. The cspine lesions is what finally got me diagnosed.
My MS has not progressed and as a matter of fact i'm in remission for 3 years now with little to no symptoms and haven't had optic neuritis in about 4 plus years now.
