MS or Fibromyalgia

Hello All, My doctor told me that I have Fibromyalgia. I have been doing some research and found that Fibro is one of the MS Mimics. Looking at the MS symptoms I realize that I have almost all of them. My question is this: Can a person with MS have pain throughout the body? Even up the back of the skull? X-rays show that I have a slight spine curvature and what is called Backward Neck. Has anyone with MS have these? Thank you much. Michele
