CB Scanner

Mike and I have been trying to figure out why I cannot get the page for the scanner link anymore.All his other pages show up,but that one, I cannot access.Times out. I have Vista, no firewall, no router. I am stumped. No changes have been made to my settings..I have checked. Anyone else have any ideas? thanks
